5 × 5 mm MEMS Package
Requires very little PCB area and has a profile of only 1.55 mm.
The GM-702B is an ultra-compact 5 × 5 × 1.55 mm MEMS metal-oxide carbon monoxide sensor. It combines a wide 5–5000 ppm range with heater consumption of 50 mW or less for miniature and low-power CO detection equipment.
A low-profile MEMS CO sensor for compact residential and industrial carbon monoxide products.
A silicon MEMS micro-hotplate supports the metal-oxide sensitive layer and changes conductivity as carbon monoxide concentration rises.
Its ceramic encapsulation, small footprint and low heater power help reduce PCB area and energy consumption in connected gas-sensing devices.
Requires very little PCB area and has a profile of only 1.55 mm.
Supports both low-level leakage indication and higher CO concentration detection.
Reduces energy consumption compared with traditional heated semiconductor sensors.
Uses a silicon micro-fabricated hotplate and ceramic encapsulation.
A basic external circuit converts conductivity into a voltage signal.
Suitable for compact CO leakage detectors across multiple product types.
