High H2 Sensitivity

The Winsen MP810 is a compact semiconductor hydrogen gas sensor using a metal-oxide sensitive layer and TO-5 package. It is designed for 100–3000 ppm H2 detection with high sensitivity, fast response and a simple external application circuit.

MP810 uses multilayer thick-film manufacturing with a heater and metal-oxide semiconductor sensing material on a miniature Al2O3 substrate.
Its conductivity changes with hydrogen concentration, allowing a simple external circuit to convert resistance variation into a concentration-related output signal.
