10 ppm Lower Detection Range
Official range begins at 10 ppm and extends to 3000 ppm H2.
The Winsen MPv-820 is a TO-5 semiconductor hydrogen sensor for 10–3000 ppm H2 detection. Its metal-oxide sensing layer provides high sensitivity and fast response for compact hydrogen leakage monitoring systems.
A compact flat-surface semiconductor hydrogen sensor for low-ppm H2 leakage monitoring.
MPv-820 uses multilayer thick-film manufacturing with a heater and metal-oxide semiconductor sensing material on a miniature Al2O3 substrate.
Hydrogen concentration changes sensor conductivity, enabling external circuitry to derive a concentration-related signal.
Official range begins at 10 ppm and extends to 3000 ppm H2.
Metal-oxide semiconductor material provides strong conductivity response to hydrogen.
Designed for hydrogen leakage monitoring applications.
Flat-surface sensor architecture supports compact devices.
Resistance variation can be conditioned using a straightforward external circuit.
Official specifications list heater consumption at or below 350 mW.
