MQ-7B Semiconductor Carbon Monoxide Gas Sensor

The MQ-7B is a SnO₂ semiconductor carbon monoxide sensor using cyclic high- and low-temperature operation. It detects CO during the 1.5 V low-temperature phase and cleans adsorbed gases during the 5 V high-temperature phase.

Product Overview

A cost-effective semiconductor CO sensor for domestic, industrial and portable carbon monoxide alarms.

Sensor conductivity increases as carbon monoxide concentration rises and can be converted into a concentration-related voltage using a simple external circuit.

Its 10–500 ppm range, long life and mature cyclic-heating method make it suitable for high-volume alarm products.
