High CO Sensitivity
Designed for carbon monoxide detection from 50 to 1000 ppm.
The MP-7 is a miniature planar semiconductor carbon monoxide sensor using cyclic low- and high-temperature operation. It offers high CO sensitivity in a compact Ø9.4 × 8 mm package with heater consumption of 240 mW or less.
A small, stable MOS CO sensor for family, industrial and commercial leakage alarms.
During the 1.5 V low-temperature phase the sensor detects carbon monoxide; the 5 V high-temperature phase cleans other adsorbed gases.
A simple load-resistor circuit converts the conductivity change into a concentration-related output signal.
Designed for carbon monoxide detection from 50 to 1000 ppm.
The Ø9.4 × 8 mm package supports compact alarm enclosures.
Uses low-temperature detection and high-temperature surface cleaning.
The planar metal-oxide structure provides responsive conductivity change.
Specified heater power is 240 mW or less.
Suitable for family, industrial and commercial gas leakage equipment.
